I successfully rooted my Samsung Fascinate and it was working great with Barnacle WiFi Tether. Then I allowed an OTA Verizon update (thinking I didn't have a choice) and it removed all the "unnecessary programs" and now I don't have the su anymore, so can't use the Barnacle. What do I do? Can I... and what & how do I.. need to re-do and can I deny all further OTA updates?
I did install PDA Net after that unfortunate Verizon update. Can I keep that along with the Barnacle if I can fix the problem or do I need to uninstall PDA Net to get the su back? In other words, can I have both on my phone without problems?
