OTG cable/adapter anyone?

Has anybody tried any OTG adapters or cables for either a Micro SD card or standard USB thumb drive?

The adapter that came in the box is an OTG adapter, so I would presume others would work.

Can any other Meenova OTG owners confirm if they can "see" audio files within apps other than the native file manager?
I can't.
