and in the future... TV's(they will enter the market, make some crazy patent claims and sue every television manufacturer that is a major competitor)

Apple were the first to create www.androidcentral.com and have filed injunctions to shut the site down. Furthermore, all those services that are only available in the US, well, you guessed it, Apple created them too.
