OTP from bank or other sources not coming in phone

I and Narotam Kumar Sharma from New Delhi ,India,
I have Nokia 7.1 phone and my phone was running on Android 8.1 .
Recently I have updated my phone with Android 9 , since then my phone is not accepting any type of OTP either from banks or from anywhere.

Welcome to Android Central! Does OTP mean one-time password? If so, are you saying that you're not getting SMS messages with a passcode to log into your banking accounts?
