Otter Box Defender Vs. Seidio OBEX

I am currently using the Otter Box Defender for my Samsung Galaxy S4 but have been thinking about getting rid of it for the Seidio Obex as it is pretty much a waterproof Otterbox. I figure it costs more but it's better protection. Does anyone have a Seidio Obex to give their opinion?

I have the Defender as well, are you planning to have your S4 in an environment where you need a waterproof case?

No, I don't but it's always nice to have water protection just in case I'm ever around a pool, etc.
