Otterbox Belt Clip Broke

As I sat down the phone caught on the arm of the chair and the belt clip broke. I'm sure this has happened before. Anybody have know if you can buy just the holster/belt clip?
Only had it for 3 months hate to have to buy a whole new case. I really like the case but it doesn't pocket well in jeans with the rubber back. I about have to have a holster, can't even hear it when in my pocket.
Sent a inquiry to Otterbox but have not heard anything.

Try he warranty. I used mine when the outer case clip broke and the sent me all 3 pieces for free. I had the otter box defender. Now I have the case and rubber piece extra. Just needed the plastic case that the phone snaps into. Worth a shot though. I emailed them and they sent a whole new case for free, no ?s asked.

Yes I filled out a ticket on the Otterbox site. Hopefully they will come through. If not the ebay link looks good.
BTW It is the Defender series.

No word yet except for the auto email saying they received my email.
It was sent 4/7 so it's just been 2 business days.
Hoping for something.

Same thing happened to my Defender holster. I emailed them all the serial numbers on the case and holster. They sent me everything for free. The have an awesome warranty.

Received 2 emails from Otterbox today first one said my issue was resolved. The next one was a shipping confirmation for a replacement. I was happy and very impressed with the level of service from Otterbox.
That my friends is how company's keep customers for life.
I will be more careful.

Those are the emails I got. Definitely pain free and the best way to keep customers. I wouldn't think twice about buying otter box. They are pricey but they don't mess around with warranty problems. They deal and take care of em.

they have a 1 year replacement on their products. just have to pay shipping to yourdelf. that is if it is still being produced. call thr number on box . they are very helpful.
