It is slimmer than the defender but I'm betting it is very slippery which is why I wouldn't go for it personally

I have it. It IS slippery but what I don't personally like is that it comes down to far on the sides and shows the curved screen to the max and sits like a ledge below that. I just don't like the style. Went with a Spigen clear case

I had the top Spigen clear case and really liked it, except it probably isn't going to protect the back camera glass (seeing too many Ultras get cracks) and, most of all, the damn thing turned yellow, especially at the bottom where I grip the phone, in literally ONE WEEK.

So I looked at OtterBox symmetry clear and ordered that one. I've just come to accept that all clear cases are going to yellow, but hopefully the OtterBox will take longer.

Sorry. I didn't see this post. I have the Ultra hybrid and it is much slimmer than the symmatry. The OtterBox is expensive too. The back is not so bad, but the sides stick out to far for my liking. Again, it makes the screen look curved almost like old Samsung's because the top and bottom are raised and the sides sit way low. I never liked that. You may be ok with it. It's personal preference
