Oukitel K6 - VoLTE function not appearing

I just bought a new Oukitel K6 and the phone is really good. But what is the use? I am not able to use VoLTE on the phone as the function is just not appearing anywhere. I tried doing various things but still not able to.

My carrier's bandwidth is very much a part of their specs. Mails to them has not yielded any result.

I understand from other forums that after the Android 7.1.1. update this happened to many other users (not only oukitel, even other brands).

Any suggestion / assistance / help would be highly appreciated.

Seems like your carrier must support it, regardless of the phone. How are your voice calls?
