Has anyone else noticed a very slight cut off on the right side of the outer circle of the home button on the Pixel 2??

Sounds crazy and it's so, so minor but I can't unsee it!!!

How do I post a screenshot on AC app??

If you reply to a comment, you'll see a little paper clip to the left of the "send" arrow. Tap on that icon and then your camera/gallery photo folders will show up.

I rolled out my portable electron scanning microscope, set it to X100000 and could definitely see a fluctuation in the molecules making up the pixels on the right side of the circle of the Home button. You should RMA that device...

I don't see a problem with the home button image on my Pixel 2 XL.
Try cleaning that area thoroughly with a microfiber cloth and check again.

my buttons too appear ok...I hope it isn't anything funky for you. did you get a screen shot of it op?

It seems to only be there when the buttons are white and the bar is black. When the buttons are white but there's no bar colour at all, there's no issue.

Seems that there's something up with the black bar itself??

No matter how much I zoom in on that screenshot I don't see the problem you're describing. Perhaps I'm just vision impaired.

I zoomed in and thought the right side might be thinner but it's hard to say. Screenshots don't pick up defective screens

..or your eyes. Maybe it's a perception thing. The fact that it's not happening consistently with all color combinations suggest it's not a physical defect with the screen. That leaves either a rendering issue or user perception.

When you look back at the screenshot you posted, do you see it? I see a little nibble taken out of the inner diameter of the left side of the outer circle but that might be caused by compression/resolution change during your upload.
