Outgoing Call Problem?

So I noticed when I call a land line, I am having a problem. I dial a land line and I get connected but the person CANNOT hear me at all. I can hear them fine. I then hang up and redial and its fine. It's done this a few times. Could this be a network issue or just my phone? This isn't a huge problem but a little annoying. Any suggestions?
