Outgoing email font type and size

Hello all

Not sure whether this is the right place to post this.

I have been having this issue from Note 5 and now on Note 8. My outgoing email (be it stock or outlook) for Microsoft exchange is defaulted to Times New Roman and at size 12. So, when I sent an email to anyone, the recipient receives in Times New Roman and size 12, when the standard is Calibri size 11. Pls note that changing the device font or font size will not resolve this.

I have been searching the net to see whether there will be a fix or a workaround and haven't managed to find one.

Just want to check with the larger community, as to whether any of you has a solution? If yes, please share.
