Outgoing text and email sounds

Is there a way to set sounds for outgoing text msgs. and emails? Thanks.

I don't see anything like that for the stock Messaging and Gmail applications - sorry. Just out of curiosity, why do you need an audio notifications when you send something? Usually you get confirmation right away in whichever app you're using.

I just like to hear the sound, then i know for sure that it was sent. I'm quirky that way. Thanks
