My exchange server provider upgraded to Exchange 2010 a few weeks back. I automatically started receiving my SMS in my email box. Then after 3 weeks the SMS function stopped. My exchange provider has tested it with a Galaxy III from their end and it works and syncs to my Outlook account.
I have deleted my email account on phone and reinstalled. I have verified that the "sync SMS' box is checked. still no SMS.
I also use Touchdown and it was running when I first starated receiving the SMS. But once the SMS stopped I also deleted that account along with the stock android email acciount setup for Exchange and removed program completely. Still no SMS. I added it back and checked SMS sync in that program and still no SMS in Outlook.
I receive emails OK in both programs on the phone and am having no other issues.
