Outlook Calendar Sync Issue

My husband has my old 3d and he is having a problem with the calendar sync that he never had with my old EVO.

He has alerts set up in outlook that are for like "the 5th business day of the month"... On outlook they are right, but on his phone he gets the alert everyday.

His IT guy at work has no clue why it is doing this.

Anybody now a fix for this?

How does your husband get outlook calendar synced to EVO 3D? Thru' GMail (using Google calendar sync application)? If so, check the calendar in Gmail to see if the alert is set up correctly in gmail.

Outlook support "the 1-4th business day of the month", but no "the 5th..."

I suggest you use mOffice, it's support "the 1-4th business day of the month".
