Outlook.com APP issue with email links

I started using the Outlook.com email program instead of the built in email client on my Note 5.

But when I get emails with links in there, it won't let me click on the link to bring it up in the browser.

Is there a setting I don't have selected or is that how it's supposed to work?

No one here use the Outlook App? Some people here have to.

All I am looking for is if people can press on a link in an email from within the Outlook app and have it bring up the link in the browser just like other email programs.
