Outlook doesn't sync properly

I use the Outlook app on my S20+ but when I delete an email from my phone, it doesn't actually delete it when I check my Outlook on my PC so I am having to delete it once on the phone and once on the browser side on my PC. Any ideas how to make them properly sync and automatically?
