Outlook Email and Gear 2

I had the original gear and was able to view the content of my encrypted company email after a software update. Now I have the Gear 2 and I get the "cannot view content on this device" message. I have looked all over in the gear manager as well as my email for an account setting I can modify.

Any info would be appreciated.
