Outlook Exchange Server Email Sync Issues

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and just set up my new Note 5 last night. I am having issues with the Auto Sync with my work email. I am using Outlook and all syncs up perfectly initially. Then after a while it will not be Auto Syncing my emails when they are received. I can also not send any emails. Anyone else having this problem? Is it a Lollipop 5.1.1 issue? All worked fine on my Droid Maxx with Kit Kat that I was using.

No issues with my Exchange account on mine. Have you tried removing the account and re-adding it? Or checking that the Sync options are turned on for that account and your credentials are up to date?
 
the stock exchange app isnt great IMO, i used to use touchdown for exchange and have recently tried and like Nine mail.

I agree, I used and liked Touchdown until I tried NineMail. I've been using NineMail now for probably a year. I really like all the options and how clean it is.

I'm connected to two different Exchange accounts on two different networks and not having issues. 9 out of 10 times ActiveSync issues are server-side having to do with permissions and not a problem on the mobile device.
