outlook - note calendar syncing stops at 40%

no matter how long I wait, syncing calendar with kies/outlook stops at preparing to sync at 40%

any ideas why?

Have you tried using Outlook Connector?....

well, maybe I worded my problem wrong... I am trying to sync my outlook calendar with my note... at home on my computer using kies... it has worked fine in the past but now it just get's stuck at 40%, syncing contacts etc works fine and quickly...
