Outlook

I searched around but am a little unclear, I have a D2Global and at work we use outlook. I am trying to get my calendar to sync from outlook to my droid, i am using gemini calendar, is this going to be possible? do i need a special app or something?

I have been using Touchdown since I got my D2G and it has been great. It syncs mail, calendar, contacts, etc. just great with my Exchange servers. Typically it's as fast as my Outlook client running at my desktop.
