over haeted problem

i bought a new samsung galaxy grand 2 duos 10 days back. when i connected to wi fi phone updated automatically . but the problem is that when i talk 20- 30 min, phone is overheated and i cannot keep contact with my ear. how to solve the problem or shall I go to the dealer for replacement.
I bought recently so i want to replace a new one ,it is possible or not

Welcome to Android Central! Don't waste any time--take it back and ask for a replacement. There shouldn't be any good reason for the phone to do that. Devices get warm with normal use, but they shouldn't get so hot that you could hurt your ear.
