"Over the Horizon" Ring tones player when I increase Volume.

When ever I increase my volume, a ring tone ( usually "Over the Horizon") plays. I don't want this to happen because it is very annoying when I just want to turn my volume up incase of a call.

That's odd behavior. Have you ever set that ringtone for anything? I can't think of a reason for it to play when you press the Volume Up button.

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support
