I've noticed that my phone is overheating on an Anker wireless desktop charger that I've been using for years. It's a dual charger that I use with both of my phones and my phones are also in cases. The P9PXL is getting extremely hot. I also used my P8P on it with no issues. I'm going to try it without the case to see if I get the same result, but has anyone else noticed any overheating while charging wirelessly?

I have noticed that it doesn't happen on my nightstand mag safe charger. Just on this Anker desktop charger.

Ah, so I'm not the only one. Good catch! Thanks for this.
I was watching Jerry rig teardown he was saying something about this years pixel wireless charging coil was different from Samsung, I haven't wireless charge my devices in a long time so I can't add anything to your experience.

The only problem I have ever had with an Anker charger is when I spilt coffee on it. I partly blame the design for having the power lead connect at the bottom of the stand and from then on only used one where the power lead connects higher up.
