Overheating

Does anyone have an issue with their Ultra overheating? A handful of times in the last week or so it's said "Your phone needs to cooldown" and it had issues charging.

I have a Verizon model and have had it probably four months or so.

Never had that. But I'm a light user. Also I'm hardly ever outdoors in hot weather with phone being used.

Nope never overheat and I'm outside in sun 95% of the time at the truck stop i work.

I have never seen that. I live in the desert southwest so it gets hot here. No it has gotten very warm, 107°F, but never a warning.

I haven't had that issue, what were you doing at the time it shows that ?

It randomly happened whether it was outside or inside. Verizon sent me a replacement and I returned that one. Replacement has no issues

That's great that you were able to get a replacement. It's nice to see Verizon stand behind behind their customers.

My s24U does get hot outside, but I think part of that is the huge heavy protecting case it's engulfed in.
