I haven't had that issue, what were you doing at the time it shows that ?Does anyone have an issue with their Ultra overheating? A handful of times in the last week or so it's said "Your phone needs to cooldown" and it had issues charging.
I have a Verizon model and have had it probably four months or so.
That's great that you were able to get a replacement. It's nice to see Verizon stand behind behind their customers.It randomly happened whether it was outside or inside. Verizon sent me a replacement and I returned that one. Replacement has no issue
