Overheating?

I have had my S4 for a few weeks now, and I have noticed that the phone can become hot while playing games, specifically around the camera (slightly to the right). I wasn't too concerned until I got my new OtterBox Commuter Series in the mail today, and realized that the phone would be encased in silicon, and excellent insulator.

Is the heat normal? Has anyone else experienced it?

Yes and this time of year its worse. A case does raise the temp. These new batteries are much hotter than ones in the past. But normal. While in case don't leave in sun or hot car
