overly sensitive

it seems to me the capacitive keys at the bottom of the screen are so very overly sensitive. Sometimes I just barely touch them and they react. Sometimes I have my thumb on the side of the phone but it still makes the buttons go off. I was trying to watch tv on my 3d yesterday and the stupid thing would keep disconnecting because I barely hit one of the buttons at the bottom while I was holding it.

Is there anyway to fix or adjust this? This can be quite aggregating at times!

Yes, this is true, but over time it has grown to not be a problem. I guess I have grown used to the features and no longer make the ghost selections as often.

Yea, especially for landscape games, hard to avoid accidentally hitting those buttons. or when waving the phone around using the flashlight app. wish there was some kind of 1/2 second hold threshold.

I thought I read that they fixed that issue in root roms? Is this not true? I was looking forward to rooting while I wait for an LTE phone I like.

I have the OtterBox Defender case on my EVO3D. With the raised lip around the edge, it does prevent me from hitting them buttons by mistake. Without it I was hitting them a lot.
