Not for the lawyers! Given the chance to swap I wouldn't. Unlocked, easily modded gnex with Good specs compared to a locked bootloader, touchwizzed gonna be months till a new os ROM is out, but higher speced phone ain't worth it. How many JB Roms are there for the VZW GS3? When the next android os is out we will have it within a week. That alone is why I love this phone.

Did the nexus magically shut off never to work again? Has all support ceased so it is essentially DOA? No so sit back enjoy your nexus and if you think you are so entitled to a sgs3 sell the nexus and buy one. Then what if the sgs3 gets a temporary ban?
