P30 Pro Odd Voice Interruptions

I bought this in South America from CLARO. Every day between 2-4 x a male voice speaks the exact same words in Mandarin or Cantonese. This voice announcement lasts about 5-6 seconds and I have found no way to predict when or glean why this is occurring. I have my device in English. Anyone experienced this and knows how to stop receiving this?? D
