P30 Pro slow-motion videos play extremely quickly on PC

I think it lies. There's probably some encoding in the video that tells the phone to play it back as if it was recorded at that frame rate, but it's really recorded at around 30fps.

I just noticed that the audio "frame rate" is 46.875 FPS, and that's probably what's used for video as well. Most 5X slo-mo won't play sound back during slo-mo playback.
