PA 3.69 20130722 LocationManagerService

I've posted this on Google + and I wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions. According to BetterBatteryStats, Location Manager Service is keeping my phone awake @ 350 MHz. No Deep Sleep. I've changed the kernel and the GPS is off. This ROM was dirty flashed.
