Pain after long voice call on z fold2

Z fold 2 owner here. I noticed my ear starts aching after making a relatively long (20 minutes) phone call, any z fold 2 owners out there that experienced something similar ? I've never experienced anything similar before with any other phone.

I got that once in a while with llandlines - don't press the phone to your ear. (If you can't use the Fold without pressing it, use an ear bud.)

No issues here but I'm on Bluetooth 90% of the time..
