Paired devices missing in Bluetooth setting

Last week, I noticed that I was not seeing my Gear S2 in the paired list and moreover the paired devices section itself was missing. I paired by watch that day and today again that section itself is missing. Anyone else facing this issue and any idea on how to resolve this?

Oreo or Pie? Pie added a section called "Previously connected devices". You have to go there, unless the device is paired and connected. The it will show on the first screen.

Oreo only. Watch and headphones stay paired only till bluetooth is on. Once I turn off and then turn it again all paired devices are gone
