Not working. Worked fine with my incredible

When I put it in pairing mode & search for it from the phone the headset just turns itself off. Anyone successful at this?

I have a set of S9's and they work perfectly w/my phone.

Don't take this as any form of insult - just thinking of an issue that can create problems with pairing:

Make sure your Dinc is powered down and/or the Bluetooth is turned off on it. If a given device is paired with one item it cannot be paired at the same time with a device to takes the same function.

Just going off of the "start with the simple/obvious and work your way out" style debugging.

Thanks, no insult taken. Anything, especially the obvious, helps.

The Dinc is no longer in my possession and I have nothing else in range it can pair with. Called moto support and they told me how to reset (power on, then pwr + volume up). Still, no dice. Still trying...

Ok looks like I fixed it. Not sure I did the reset right the first time. Might need to be powered down first

Excellent, glad you got it sorted out.

It's funny, most of the time I listen to my phone it's through Bluetooth:
S9's at the gym
JVC KW-XR810 in my 4Runner
Bluetooth Adapter in my Work PC (podcasts/music)
Bluetooth Adapter in my Home PC (podcasts/music)

Call me silly, but my arm gets tired holding a phone to my head.

I love Bluetooth!

Nice. I've been under-utilizing BT. That will change soon
