So, I have a Palm Pre Plus sitting on my desk that I abandoned for my X, which I love. I've flashed like 15 different fonts onto my new phone looking for one that resembles the Pre, which had my favorite font ever. I know that the font is copyrighted, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to pull the fonts from the Pre and make a flashable zip for the X. I don't particularly feel like this is piracy since I bought the phone and it's just for my personal use, but I don't want to tread on any forbidden ground here and offend anyone.

Any thoughts?

Yeah I was looking at that...Avenir is close, but not quite the same. XDA's font pack includes Avenir, but, alas...
Either way it's no huge deal, I'm just being nitpicky with the customization =) The actual font isn't available on any of the lists because it's copyrighted by HP.

I never say its not possible because developers always have the same ideal as you and usually create the fonts. Plus porting items like this happens regularly. How about the Font Changer app work for you, I use it and it allows you to change fonts on the fly.

liberty 1.5 has a font changer built into the tooldbox with a nice selection of fonts, may find something similar there
