Hello everyone. For some reason my Pandora will no longer work on my T-Mobile network. 10 hours ago, it was working just fine. I currently own the Samsung S7. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled, clear cache., everything. When I attempt to run pandora all it does it spin the wheel on the top right corner. It will show me the cover for the current song attempting to play, then it will just automatically skip to the next song. As soon as I turn my WIFI on, it will start playing music. I have Spotify and I have no issues with such app. I have also attempted to install older versions of Pandora and still no luck. There is no app killing the process, and I do not have power saving mode on. My Access Point On my phone is grayed out so I cant make any changes. And as I stated above, I have done no changes to my phone settings, and it was working fine 10 hours ago. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I'm having the exact same issue, no restrictions are blocking it and the wheel just spins and spins until I turn on wifi then music stats right up. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Also on tmobile, which I just switched to this weekend. Maybe it's a tmobile thing.

I had the same issue - it also stopped today, this worked...

see: 630644-pandora-only-works-wifi - I can't post a link since this site is useless

Settings>mobile networks>access point names
Be sure to give it a fun name . Mine is called "bulls***", made me feel better after looking into this for 45 min
APN protocol:use IPv4

Similar problem with my S7 on Verizon. I have to clear all programs running (close all) then retry Pandora, and it will work.

RunClimb... This worked!! My next question is... I have T-Mobile so i'm supposed to have unlimited streaming of Pandora. Since I de-selected T-Mobile as the access point, will it start going against my data plan now?

Over on the other thread i mentioned he try to add a new APN with IPv4 instead of the stock one with IPv6.
He did that and said its back to working.

So give that a try and see if it works.

So, I did as told, by creating a new Access Point. Its working great now. But here is the million dollar question. Why did this happened? if it was working fine with the old Access Point hours before and since I bought the S7, about 2 weeks now. Why all of the sudden it stop and it required a new Access Point?

More then likely it was on the back end server side of Pandora and not on your end.
Could have been an update that Pandora pushed out or something on the server side update or TMO made an update or the ISP made an update.
The good news is its not a defective device.
