Not only are the screen and camera different, the Charge has the Hummingbird processor in it. The breakout lists a 1Ghz processor, but it doesn't specify what processor it is. Probably because it is a much inferior processor. It doesn't even say snapdragon or OMAP processor. Some generic processor is going to substantially reduce the price, but would you really want a vastly inferior generic processor running your smartphone?

Breakout comes with an 8gb sd card, Charge comes with a 32gb sd card. Charge supports HDMI output, breakout does not. That's what I could find from a quick comparison of the two.

Oh, and hardware wise just about anyone will tell you Samsung is far superior to all other manufacturers.
