Parental controls Marshmallow

I have set up a restricted account for my grand daughter on her galaxy tab a android 6.0. I can not give her access to google play...I know there are parental controls inside google play. I can not remove access to setting for her restricted account. Now she just pointed out that she can connect to two open wifi signals in the neighbor hood. I can figure out how to make the tablet stop searching or only show my network. any ideas to keep her safe on the internet will be greatly appreciated.
