Passbook Like App?

I just switched from the iPhone Plus to the s6. I am really missing the passbook feature of the iphone. Does Android have an app similar that I can keep all my cards like Starbucks and such in? It was so convenient having them all in one place.

I switched from the ip6. Not seeing the value of moving away from the ip6. The ip6 just sees more fluid and faster. Apps seem to look better imho. Still going to try it out. Miss passbook as well

I think the OP is actually looking for something like Samsung wallet. Google wallet don't store boarding passes and reservations like passbook does.

I'm aware but in my opinion Samsung wallet is closer to passbook than Google wallet.

I came from the ip6 as well but I had horrible lag on my iPhone. Disagree on the apps though. 9 months after the 6 came out and only half my apps were optimized for the screen size. Here everything scales naturally

I don't see any lag on my ip6. Agree on app scaling but the apps just seem more fluid and appearance seems to be more rich.

Lag probably isn't the right word. Freezing maybe? In certain apps, Chrome, Netflix, Snapchat, I'd tap something and then the screen would just freeze and not register taps for 5-6 seconds. Even clicking the home button didn't take it out. Not sure if thats worse or better than the jittery scrolling I'm getting here. One thing is for sure though, the battery is blowing away what I got the 6. Worth it just for that, I think.

Which cards are you trying to add?

Majority of my loyalty cards + gift cards show up with a barcode.


Isn't imessage just like texting?

Yeah when I switched from iOS to android it was a bit of a challenge moving from the Apple infrastructure while everyone else in my family stayed put. It'll get easier once you become familiar with what options are out there.

Coming from someone who has an iPhone 6 and a Nexus 5, try KeyRing (like someone else already had mentioned). Works like a champ.

Agreed, and I think I'm going back as well. I love the camera on the s6. 2k videos of my kids look great, but the WiFi drain plus some stuttering has me jumping my Sim back and forth.
