Password required after reboot

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo which runs Android 6.0.1.

Tonight I rebooted the phone after some updates and it now requires a password... but none is set on the device...

I tried 0000 and other passwords I have thought of but I never gad a password on this phone.

Please help me !
