I've been trying to sync music to my phone but with some albums, it does a really bad job. All the songs sync with their respected titles, albums and artists but some are missing artwork and others are placed into separate albums than other tracks in the album, an example of this would be with Sempiternal by Bring Me The Horizon. I have the deluxe edition, so despite them both having the exact same spelling for the album and being in the same album on WMP, they still sync separately so the regular edition is in one album and the three bonus tracks are by themselves. The deluxe tracks have the album art attached to them, however, for the rest of the tracks, there isn't any.
I also have this with another album which isn't a deluxe edition, yet two random songs are located in a separate album similar to how Sempiternal is. I've tried using apps to rename the albums and include album art but none of them seem to do anything. I've also tried using Google Play Music yet that seems to have the same issue.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with the syncing?
