Pc doesn't recognize galaxy 2 7 via usb

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy 2, 7'' I want to use it as a external device but when I plug it via USB, my PC doesn't recognized. At first, It recognized the tablet few times, but every time took longer and now just doesn't connect at all.

Try a new USB cable. Mine went bad for my Razr. Tried two different cables and they didn't work with the computer. Had to get a warranty replacement.
