PdaNet installation

When downloading PdaNet the following happens ANDROID DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is running on computer may cause a conflict. in task manager i end process and continue install get message existing android USB driver re-install new I pressed yes. installation successful. i go to tray icon to connect, the icon in tray is not correct i try using PdaNet desktop but no success.

Did u install the drivers on the pc. when u downloaded the app to your phone it should have gave you a driver to install on pc it will be in the download on the sd card the hook phone to pc and install the driver list
