Ok guys go check out PDANet Tablet in the market place. It lets you tether your phone to your tablet.

I know you can connect BT with your phone with out an app but i can only connect once then the next time it says it cant pair.

I am still trying to figure this app out but it looks promissing.

It's a little buggy since it's in beta, but I got it to work on my HTC Flyer. I own the paid version of PdaNet 3.02 (which is also on my phone), so this is what I did to get it to work:

(1) Turn on bluetooth and paired Tablet (HTC Flyer) and Smartphone (HTC Evo Shift)
(2) Launch PdaNet tablet as client on tablet (setting network proxies as indicated)
(3) Launch PdaNet 3.02 on smartphone, enabling bluetooth
(4) Launch PdaNet tablet as server on smartphone

The software indicated that it connected. The browsers that I have installed on my tablet (xScope Pro and Dolphin HD) do not work, but the stock Android Internet browser does. Also network connections from apps that require the internet (e.g. Mail, Facebook, Netflix, etc.) do not work.

Good luck!
