I have just got internet access using PDANet, working with my Mac w/OSX 10.6.4 via USB. Am I correct that at this time, PDANet with Evo and Mac does not support Bluetooth tethering?

I have not been able to get Bluetooth tethering to work, and on the JuneFabrics PDANet for Mac, it only mentions instructions for USB.

It did not work for me. And it was kind of slow. I found someone that rooted my phone and enabled WiFi wow what a difference! I live in schaumburg Illinois if your near here I can hook you up with him.

I would suggest using the Usb pdanet tether instead. It works better with the Mac and you want the power so you don't run down the battery. With some macs the wifi hotspot doesn't work (need to be rooted of course). And with pdanet I have never gotten bluetooth pdanet to work. Usb tether via pdanet works much better with my mac altbough I often have to reboot the mac when it throws an error connecting. Then it works again.

I am on snow leopard with a 2.5 yr old mac book pro.
