PDF editing capabilities on the Galaxy Note 10.1

Hi guys, can anyone tell me if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 lets you write in and highlight PDFs with the S Pen (free writing)?
Furthermore, is multitasking available if a PDF is opened? e.g. using the internet (left screen) while editing a .PDF file (right screen)
