PDFs Lag on Note 3

Hi

I have a PDF magazine (Digital Download 37mb) which im reading on the Samsung Note 3
It lags quite a bit when zooming in or out when reading it.

I cant tell what program its using to open PDFs (it has a dark green bar across the top with a binoculars icon)

Could the Phone be underpowered for this task

The phone is (UK version SIM FREE, No Network) Im just gonna use it has a Media Player, PDF reader and Video/Photo Capture, Free Internet

Install Foxit MobilePDF, Find a pdf file, tap it and choose Foxit to "Always" open pdf files. I don't find any lag (well, maybe 0.1 seconds - barely a flicker) even when I zoom a page in a huge document.

It's usually the app you're using. Some apps can handle PDFs better than others, especially ones that are heavy on the file size side. Try QuickOffice or Adobe's own PDF Reader. Rukbat's suggestion is also good, but I haven't used it, just heard about it.
