Pebble app store releasing Monday. Will Samsung push apps forward?

Apparently Pebble is going to be releasing their app store on Monday for Android/iTunes.

I'm curious if maybe this will get the ball rolling for more apps to release that are compatible with The Gear.

Some feel that Samsung released the gear too soon because they wanted to be one of the first smart watches out. I'm curious to see if Pebble releasing their app store will maybe push Samsung to start posting more apps.

I hope so. The Gear has a lot of potential. More apps selection would definitely be a plus
