Alrighty, so just recently bought the peel case for my pixel 3 XL n got to say I put on my phone just the other day, and I'm loving it so far! It really is thin and minimalistic and the naked feeling! With just enough covering the back to protect the backing from scratches and nicks. I was also thinking about a deep breath skin, doing problem is I never had my phone face down on a flat surface. I'm always looking at my always on display so I feel like I would barely ever see it. I get to clear Case because I have a pure white pixel and I get to see my beautiful phone through the case!

I got the totalle clear case for my white pixel 3 xl and it is super Slim too. The only thing I hate about clear cases is that you can still tell it has a plastic case on the phone. To me it still takes away from the phones looks bc of how it looks with a clear case. Isn't there mate colors? Or A mat clear? I wonder how that looks like in person. All these companies always make the phone look much better when they take the marketing photos, but then when you actually try it it's just alright. This is the case I got the glossy version, but I'm wondering if the frosted version would actually look better to the eye.

you going to come I know it exactly what you mean. I mean in person actually owning the peel clear case on a white pixel, it looks awesome. There were two reasons why I got the white pixel not a black pixel. basically everyone has black phones they're so boring to look at and everyone just puts a case on them anyways haha. I love how the power button is mint green and everything stands out on the back of it and it's not just white on the back period The white color goes up the side then almost to the front. The phone looks very very nice! The case fits the phone literally like low which is very nice Yes it does feel plasticky but I'm okay with that for now. My biggest concern was laying it down on flat surfaces and having a slightly nicked up or scratched up over time which I have seen online. With this case, it offers that little surface scratch protection which I need without again being too ugly or obnoxious to use just like you said.

Also, not to go off on too much of a tangent here and digress too much but it must be said... The pixel 3 especially the XL version, and so light and thin it's ridiculous. I didn't think it would be this light to hold. Granted with the bigger screen, it's not really a one-handed operating phone and most times I need two hands to use it comfortably, but it's still very light and very thin and sturdy feeling too!

Yeah that's been my experience as well I think the white version looks wayyyyyy better than the black. I think black at least to me "my opinion" is to plain and boring so I went with the white one.

Oh dude, I couldn't agree with you more so! Most people have black smartphones in general. and they all look boring and mundane! My fiance also asked me why I didn't get a black phone I said because everyone's phone including yours looks so boring. The white pixel looks amazing. I love from a design standpoint how Google then just put the color ending on the back plate but let it trail up the side of the phone so the only black is really on the front of the phone. It's a great design choice in my opinion. That's why when I first bought my pixel, I want to put a case on it all but that was a no-no because it's really slippery and obviously dropping it is a huge concern but then they got me thinking which case was I'm going to get because there's so many choices for cell phone rubber cases on the market it's confusing and the knowing.

you know also say this part about the pixel, compared to Galaxy s8 and other Android phones, not just as everything smoother and more fluid and more streamlined, but basic functions of the OS actually work better for example text editing and highlighting text on a screen is smoother and less annoying and less frustrating if that makes sense.

I go with slightly thicker cases.
Either with a tempered glass back from ESR or a hard plastic back like Ringke.

Yeah, I was looking at those two cases on Amazon, however, for my taste they're just a little too thick hahav I basically know my choice down to the peel case or the mnml case.
