Anybody else having issues with the clicker not releasing? I've had to use tape a couple times to get it to pull out of the hole. My current fix is to wrap some string around the clicker once I get the thing to pop up to lock it in place. Still below my pelican case edge, so it doesn't stick out, but what the hell, it's only a week old!

Simply exchange it. A phone this new and more importantly this costly should be operating at 100 percent. You shouldn't have to accept anything less than absolute full functionality at this point. You should have plenty of time to return it..

Had to respond to this.

Attached is the spen from my week old Note 5. mine was acting funny a couple times yesterday, not staying clicked in and not wanting click out. Then sitting in my car waiting on my kids and the bus. The top chrome part of the pin comes flying out when I try to use the pen. it landed in my lap but the spring went missing. went straight to TMO and got a replacement with out any issues. so definitely keep an eye on it.

I picked up the 5 at an AT&T store, brought it home, and found out the stylus didn't work at all. Quality control is very bad with the Note 5. My replacement Note 5 has an annoying loose home button, and I haven't had it for 24 hrs. I love the phone, but will not return it. I use it way more than any other phone in a short period. They rushed out too soon before the iPhone came out.

Actually QC, isn't bad. You might have gotten a bad phone, that happens with all manufacturers.

I agree that the quality of the Note 5 is excellent. I do note (no pun intended) that while my Note 5 was made in Korea the S pen was made in China.
